It’s no mystery that customer service exists more as a way to appease the Better Business Bureau than to actually serve any customers, but there’s a spectrum — some companies give it better than others.
Throw in comments some of your worse experiences in dealing with inept, angry, rude, or mentally-deficient customer servie or tech support people. And, if you feel like it, maybe give a shout-out to a company that actually satisfed you. We’ll mail you the therapy bill later.
