TechCrunch London, 24 Sept: The Pitches & The Party

Well, we’ve done TechCrunch Berlin, TechCrunch Nordic, and Paris among many others. So TechCrunch Europe is again (as we did last year) teaming up with Seedcamp for the official London Seedcamp Week After-Party on 24 September in central London. “TechCrunch London” will be in the style of our annual “GeenknRolla” conference – namely, short, fast presentations and pitches from startups and a lively panel discussion. Following that TechCrunch Europe will be hosting the official after party with the Seedcamp participants and mentors.

The Essentials:

Tickets and info for the daytime event are here.

Tickets and info for the party only are here.

It kicks off with a half day programme with Mike Butcher, the editor of TechCrunch Europe initiating and moderating the discussions, and finishes off with drinks and informal networking, with more participants invited to party. Speakers and startups pitching will be announced very shortly.

Central London, shortly to be confirmed.

Editorial queries related to the programme(speakers) and the pitch competition should be directed to Mike Butcher. Do not email him questions about tickets.

To be considered for the pitch competition you need to email TechCrunch Europe Editor Mike Butcher, with a one side of A4 text-only pitch, and also include the URL of your company/project/startup etc on CrunchBase (you can add your company onto it if it is not already there). Include: The market “problem” you are solving with your startup, your solution, your competitors, your team, and what you’re looking for (Seed funding, Angel funding, Series A round, etc). There is no fee to pitch, as is our policy. Deadline for entry is the end of this week.
