LG may be seeing a lot of press with the likes of the B, 2x, and budget powerhouse Optimus phones, but apparently that’s not good enough for them. They need more. More!
LG is planning on spending $14.1 billion on marketing their smartphone and tablet products. This represents a significant investment, and one can only hope that it pays off for LG. Last year represented one of the worst ever for LG, with sales dropping by nearly 32 percent, causing the company’s mobile CEO to resign. I like LG (in general), so I hope that their investment pays off. It’s always a good thing to have more competitors in the field.
