Avoid Wrist Pain With Some Exercise

I’ve been suffering with a major wrist issue for the past few weeks and I’m slowly trying to figure out what triggers/prevents the onset. To that end, I’d like to share this nice post on unpluggd that features four separate wrist exercises for sedentary knowledge workers like me.

Incidentally, I got a wrist rest and a Smartfish mouse and wore a brace for a few days. Any other advice you guys have for a fella down on his wrist-luck?
